Leonardo DiCaprio-starrer ‘One Battle After Another’ ready for streaming debut
‘One Battle After Another’ initially opened in theatres on September 26
Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, will start streaming on HBO Max December 19.
The film additionally stars Teyana Taylor, Benicio del Toro, Sean Penn, Regina Hall, with Chase Infiniti in a critically acclaimed film debut.
OBAA is based on Thomas Pynchon’s novel Vineland, published in 1990, in a “loosely inspired” adaptation, per Variety.
“It’s expected to be a major Oscar frontrunner at next year’s awards show and recently picked up an industry-leading 9 nominations at the Golden Globes, including best picture,” the outlet further reported.
One Battle After Another also bagged eight nods among the newly announced nominations for the 46th annual London Critics’ Circle Film Awards — the most scored by any film for the honours scheduled to be given out on February 1, 2026.
The film was originally released in cinemas on September 26 and has since grossed $204 million at the global box office, making it Paul Thomas Anderson’s most profitable film till date.
