Several high-profile lawsuits from Hollywood are pending which are scheduled throughout 2026.

Here’s a list of few yet most prominent cases that might surely take place in 2026:

Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni

The legal battle between the It Ends with Us co-stars remains on the horizon.

Blake Lively filed a $161 million sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Justin Baldoni back in December 2024.

Lively was soon hit back by Baldoni's countersuit against her and Ryan Reynolds, for hijacking his directional movie.

However, his case was later dismissed in October 2025, likely due to his failure to meet a court-imposed deadline to amend his claims.

It was originally scheduled for March but got pushed back. Their trial is now set for May 18 2026.

Russell Brand’s pre-trial

The comedian and actor pleaded not guilty to rape and assault charges in May 2025.

The British actor has been charged with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault, bringing the total number of six women accusing him.

Brand is due for a pre-trial review on May 20, 2026, and remains on conditional bail.

Kevin Costner vs. Western Costume Leasing Company

The 70-year-old actor is facing a $440,000 lawsuit from Western Costume Leasing Company.

He is being sued over unpaid costume rental fees for his film Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 2.

As per the documents, he failed to pay $134,256.82 in costume rentals and damaged some of the costumes.

Western Costume is seeking $440,000 in damages.

Costner's team, on other hand, has denied the allegations, claiming LaBella's claims are "absolutely false".

Kevin Spacey and civil lawsuits

Spacey is facing multiple civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault between 2000 and 2013.

These claims involve incidents at the Old Vic theatre, where the renowned American actor and producer was artistic director from 2004 to 2013.

A provisional trial date is set for October 12, 2026.
