Angelina Jolie prepares to leave Los Angeles ahead of the new year

Angelina Jolie plans to relocate ahead of the upcoming year.

As per an insider who told People that the Wanted actress is actively preparing to sell her historic L.A. home, which is now being shown to pre-qualified buyers following renovations.

The move comes as Jolie readies herself for a life abroad.

“She’s ready for a life that isn’t centered in Los Angeles,” the source said, adding that Jolie is “excited” about upcoming projects and the flexibility the year ahead may bring.

The development follows earlier reports that Jolie never intended to live in L.A. full time but remained due to custody arrangements with ex-husband Brad Pitt.

The former couple finalized their divorce settlement on December 30 2024, after an eight-year legal battle.

A source previously noted that Jolie plans to relocate once the twins turn 18 in July 2026.
