The past year has been quite thrilling for Blake Lively. We couldn't help but wonder: what's 2026 bringing for the It Ends with Us actress?

Last year was indeed a wild ride for the 38-year-old actress as she was involved in a high-profile legal battle with her 2024 movie’s co-star and director Justin Baldoni, who filed a $400 million defamation lawsuit against her.

However, the case was later dismissed in October 2025, clearing her name but the case cost her much more personally; her friendship broke with longtime best friend Taylor Swift. She chose to limit her social media posts, a move she rarely made in the past.

The Another Simple Favor actress is set to star in and produce a romantic comedy-thriller titled The Survival List, in which she will play Annie, a TV producer stranded on an island with a fraudulent survival expert.

Her upcoming movie is expected to start production in 2026 and will be released somewhere in 2027.

In addition, the wife of Ryan Reynolds will star in a psychological thriller We Used To Live Here, a sci-fi thriller Proxy, and a romantic comedy, The Making Of.

Personally, the mother of four is set to attend the trial of her case against Justin Baldoni in May 2026.

It looks like Blake Lively seems unaffected by the sexual harassment allegations against her It Ends with Us co-star. In fact, she's moving forward with new projects, and thriving better as compared to past year.
