After nearly a decade together and four years of marriage, Summer House stars Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke are navigating the tricky waters of an amicable split.

During a SiriusXM interview on Tuesday, the pair appeared alongside their castmates to share how life has changed since their 19 January announcement.

"Yeah, we’re good," Amanda, 34, stated simply, noting that the tension of the past few months has eased.

Kyle, 43, who notably still wore his wedding ring during the chat, agreed that going public felt like "a weight has been lifted."

The pair described a "light-hearted" shift in their dynamic, with Amanda admitting it is now much "easier to get along."

The focus for the former couple has now shifted to "co-parenting" their beloved dogs, Reese and Ryder.

They currently take turns with pet duties while the other travels, and Amanda joked that she still calls Kyle for domestic emergencies, like a malfunctioning smoke alarm.

While host Kiki Monique suggested they seek "joint custody" advice from Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney, Kyle quipped that they are "creating our own blueprint."

The couple, whose relationship has been a staple of the Bravo series since 2015, wed in 2021 after a long engagement.

Though they have asked for privacy to focus on "personal growth and healing," their remarkably friendly front suggests that while the romance has ended, the partnership remains intact.
