A$AP Rocky expertly dodges marriage question from schoolchild

A$AP Rocky has once again kept fans guessing about his marital status after a cheeky interrogation by a public school student.

Appearing on the Wednesday episode of Celebrity Substitute, the 37-year-old rapper was asked point-blank if he had tied the knot with Rihanna.

Remaining cool, he replied, “That’s an interesting question that you asked,” before playfully teasing the child about whether they would have preferred the "Umbrella" star to show up instead.

The couple, who went public in 2020, now share three children: RZA, Riot Rose, and five-month-old Rocki Irish.

Rocky gave a sweet glimpse into their home life, describing it as a “musical household” where the kids are exposed to everything from Michael Jackson and the Beatles to heavy reggae.

He recently reminisced about their first meeting outside a New York club years ago, admitting he was “in a daze” the moment they locked eyes.

At the time, he wasn't famous and was struggling to get past the bouncers with his late friend, Virgil Abloh.

The support between the two remains a cornerstone of their relationship. Following the release of Rocky’s fourth album, Don’t Be Dumb, which recently hit Number 1, Rihanna cheered him on social media, referring to him as her "baby daddy."

For Rocky, having her in his corner is paramount. “Family support is just… spousal support, everything,” he previously told PEOPLE. “It just means a lot. It goes a long way.”

Whether married or not, the pair clearly remain one of music's most solid power couples.
