Disney+ will stream all four seasons of the show, as well as 'Hannah Montana: The Movie'
Miley Cyrus has sparked a wave of nostalgia after being spotted in her iconic blonde wig and full Hannah Montana costume ahead of the show’s 20th anniversary.
The 32-year-old singer was photographed in Malibu, California, channeling her Disney Channel alter ego in a look that instantly transported fans back to 2006.
Dressed in a fuzzy black vest, sleek black skinny jeans, and layered gold belts, Cyrus recreated the pop-star persona that launched her career.
In images circulating online, the “Flowers” hitmaker can be seen leaning against — and later sitting behind the wheel of — a black convertible, reportedly for a promotional shoot tied to the milestone celebration.
Fans quickly flooded social media with emotional reactions. “I fear I will not recover,” one user wrote, while another shared, “Yesssss! I can’t wait!”
Many described the moment as a return to their childhood, expressing excitement over what’s to come.
The upcoming 20th anniversary special will be produced by HopeTown Entertainment and Unwell Productions and hosted by Alex Cooper.
The project will feature interviews with key figures from the series, including Cyrus herself, along with never-before-seen archival footage.
To mark the occasion, Disney+ will stream all four seasons of the show, as well as Hannah Montana: The Movie and Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: The Best of Both Worlds Concert.
In a press statement, Cyrus reflected on the milestone, saying the character will always be part of her identity and that the series created a lasting bond with fans worldwide.
