Jennifer Garner has opened up about her beauty choices and the pressures of aging.

The 53-year-old actress and mother of three shared on Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast that Botox isn’t for her.

“It takes very little to completely freeze my forehead,” Garner said, recalling that after trying it, she felt self-conscious, like “a walking billboard.”

Instead, she embraces her natural creases, sometimes opting for bangs and annual non-invasive dermatologist treatments to maintain her skin.

“I haven’t done any surgery, but once a year, I go see someone and I’m a pin cushion,” she explained. “The more you spend on a dermatologist doing a bunch of things, the less you can tell they’ve done it — and somehow that’s a good thing.”

Garner emphasized she supports others’ cosmetic choices, saying, “Anyone who wants to do whatever they wanna do, they look beautiful.”

However, when it comes to her children Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 14, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, she won’t make guarantees about future procedures.

“My kids are like, ‘Mom, promise us you’ll never get a facelift.’ And I say, ‘I am unlikely to rush toward a facelift, and yet I refuse to make that promise because I am me today, and I don’t know how I’m gonna feel.’”

Garner’s approach combines honesty, self-acceptance, and a playful pragmatism to navigate the challenges of aging and parenting.
