As usual, her post was filled with comments from her 353 million followers, including a loving message from Formula 1 star Lewis.

Keeping it simple, he responded with a lovestruck emoji, signaling his profound affection for Kim.

Kim’s connection with Lewis gained attention after The Sun revealed she flew from Los Angeles on her £100 million private jet to enjoy an evening with him.

On January 31, the duo enjoyed a quick escape at the luxurious Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, with insiders noting they had the spa all to themselves before dining in a private setting.

An insider told The Sun: “It appeared quite romantic. Kim and Lewis made full use of all the amenities available.

“She was escorted by two bodyguards, and Lewis had his personal security detail, who all maintained a low profile.

“Two out of three stood guard outside their suite, ensuring they remained undisturbed.”

Lewis was formerly friends with her rapper ex, Kanye West.
