Brandi Glanville made a playful jab at LeAnn Rimes concerning Rimes' popular video about her experience with deep jaw release therapy.

The "Blue" songstress was overcome with tears during a video posted by Human Garage on Instagram, capturing her undergoing a brief procedure to alleviate jaw tension.

Glanville mentioned catching the video during a segment of her podcast, “Unfiltered.”

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” member shared that she, too, had undergone the procedure countless times to help manage her TMJ — a condition causing pain in the jaw joint and muscles controlling jaw movement — and candidly admitted it is quite painful.

Brandi Glanville provided a cheeky response to the viral clip of LeAnn Rimes' deep jaw release therapy while chatting about it on her “Unfiltered” podcast.

Nevertheless, she hinted at a slightly mocking expression, pondering whether her pain endurance might be unusually high.

“I just can't fathom why you’d broadcast that,” she remarked regarding Rimes' video.

When her co-presenter, James Maas, pointed out that Rimes was “documenting her entire health journey right now,” Glanville quipped, “Oh, like I do” — alluding to her transparency about her protracted struggle with a facial parasite.

“So peculiar,” she noted with a shrug. “Well, I hope she's feeling better. Um, yeah.”

Naturally, Glanville, 53, has a backstory with Rimes, 43. Glanville was once wed to Rimes' current spouse, Eddie Cibrian, before he engaged in an affair with the country star. Rimes and Cibrian, now 52, tied the knot in April 2011.

In the footage of Rimes enduring jaw release therapy, she expressed her discomfort as Garry Lineham, the practitioner, carefully inserted one hand into her mouth while another supported her head.

Once the treatment concluded, Rimes broke down in tears, astounded by the outcome.

“Wow, you just have no idea how much tension is stored in there,” Rimes remarked as she regained composure.
