Charlize Theron opens up about dating but rules out cohabiting romance

Charlize Theron has candidly admitted that she does not believe she will ever want to live with a romantic partner again, despite being open to finding love. 

The actress made the revelation during a recent appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, where she discussed dating, motherhood and the value of personal space.

Theron shared that her two daughters are now surprisingly invested in her dating life and often encourage her to go out and meet someone.

She joked that they are eager to know whether anyone is texting her and have become enthusiastic cheerleaders for her romantic adventures.

However, when it comes to taking a relationship further, the Hollywood star drew a firm line. 

Theron said she cannot imagine sharing her home again and would much rather have a future partner living nearby than under the same roof. “Buy the house down the street,” she quipped while explaining the kind of arrangement she would prefer.

The actress added that raising her daughters remains her main focus for now, saying her children will always come first.

Theron’s honest comments have struck a chord with many fans online, where discussions about maintaining independence in modern relationships quickly gained traction.
