Universal Pictures has released new trailer for their upcoming adaptation of 'The Odyssey'
Universal Pictures has released a fresh trailer for its upcoming adaptation of The Odyssey directed by Christopher Nolan.
The new preview was revealed during Monday's episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
The film features a star-studded cast including Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o, Charlize Theron, Mia Goth, Benny Safdie, Jon Bernthal, and John Leguizamo.
In the trailer, audiences are introduced to a broader vision of Nolan’s take on the classic Homer tale, showcasing the first glimpses of Theron as Circe and the legendary Cyclops.
Nolan crafted the screenplay inspired by the ancient epic and produced it with Emma Thomas through their company, Syncopy. The film is being distributed by Universal Pictures.
The latest epic from the Oscar-winning director Nolan, known for Oppenheimer, was filmed using cutting-edge Imax technology and is set to premiere in theaters on July 17, 2026.
