Netflix has confirmed the world of "Money Heist" will continue, dropping a dramatic teaser trailer on the show's official Instagram account that promises a new revolution.

The official Instagram account for the La Casa de Papel universe sparked huge excitement among fans with a new video hinting at the franchise's future. The fast-paced montage recapped the heists that made the show a global phenomenon, from printing money to stealing gold, with on-screen text declaring, "IT BEGAN WITH MONEY... THEN CAME GOLD... BUT THE REVOLUTION ISN'T OVER YET."

The teaser, which features the iconic red jumpsuits and Salvador Dalí masks, culminates with a powerful message: "WHAT COMES NEXT HAS ALREADY BEGUN." The caption solidified the news, stating in three languages, "Bella Ciao is STILL playing. The world of 'Money Heist' continues." 

The announcement is part of a major promotional campaign leading up to the second season of the spin-off series Berlin, which premieres on Netflix on May 15, 2026.

According to reports, the announcement was also celebrated with a live stunt in Seville, Spain, where a boat filled with Dalí-masked figures sailed down the Guadalquivir River. 

While actor Álvaro Morte, who plays the Professor, has confirmed the franchise will expand, the exact format remains a closely guarded secret, leaving fans to speculate whether a new spin-off or a sixth season of the original series is on the way.

Fans immediately flooded the post with comments expressing their anticipation. "THIS IS THE BEST NEWS EVER," one user exclaimed.
