The 43-year-old made the unexpected disclosure while speaking ahead of her upcoming MMA bout with Ronda Rousey, reflecting on her life away from Hollywood and her decision to settle in Montana after stepping back from acting.
During the appearance, Carano confirmed that she had privately tied the knot with her longtime partner Kevin Ross, describing him as her “first and last love” and revealing that the ceremony had taken place away from public attention.
“I got married to my first and last love, Kevin Ross. And it was the best thing I’ve ever done,” she told reporters, adding that the marriage had already taken place quietly years earlier before being publicly acknowledged now.
Carano’s revelation came as she reflected on a more private life in Montana, where she has lived away from the Hollywood spotlight following her transition out of mainstream film and television work.
Ross, a Muay Thai fighter known in combat sports circles as “The Soul Assassin,” has previously spoken about his background and journey in fighting, describing a childhood spent moving frequently and developing a deep connection to martial arts.
