Paris Hilton debuts shocking dark hair transformation during Gucci runway appearance
The heiress and DJ walked the Times Square runway in a striking yellow Gucci ensemble
Paris Hilton turned heads with a dramatic new look as she debuted brunette hair while walking the runway during Gucci’s Cruise 2027 fashion show in New York City.
The 45-year-old media personality and entrepreneur appeared nearly unrecognisable as she stepped onto the runway in the middle of Times Square on May 16, trading in her signature blonde locks for long, dark brunette hair.
Paris showcased Gucci’s latest collection in a bold canary yellow belted dress paired with black heeled boots, while carrying a cherry-red handbag and draping a fur coat over one shoulder.
The event, dubbed GucciCore: Gucci Cruise 2027, transformed Times Square into a luxury fashion spectacle, with massive digital billboards surrounding the star-studded runway.
Paris later attended the Gucci Mansion in an all-black outfit while keeping the temporary brunette makeover intact.
Sharing photos from the event on Instagram, the heiress praised Gucci creative director Demna for the experience.
“Gucci Girl forever,” she wrote. “It was such a dream to walk the runway for Demna's debut Gucci Cruise collection.”
She also described the takeover of Times Square as “iconic,” adding another playful nod to her famous catchphrase by writing on Instagram Stories, “Turning Times Square into a Gucci runway? That’s hot.”
Paris was joined on the runway by several high-profile names, including supermodel Cindy Crawford, Emily Ratajkowski, and former NFL quarterback Tom Brady.
The audience also featured celebrity guests, including Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan.
Despite the buzz surrounding her dark-haired transformation, the new look proved to be short-lived. Just one day later, Paris returned to her trademark blonde hair while travelling to Mexico City for a DJ performance.
