Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are wasting no time settling into married life, with the couple reportedly preparing for a major relocation just days after tying the knot in Italy.

The pair, who were married earlier this month during a three-day wedding celebration in Sicily, are said to be planning a seven-month move to the United States as Turner begins work on the upcoming reworking of the 1981 horror film Possession, which also stars Margaret Qualley and Tom Hanks, according to The Sun.

Following reports of the move, Turner addressed the realities of an international acting career, noting that frequent travel is simply part of the job.

“We work jobs where we have to go around the world,” the 36-year-old actor said in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“It’s important when we are home in London to be with our friends as much as possible.”

He also emphasized the couple’s commitment to staying close despite busy schedules.

“We make sure that we’re together as much as possible,” he added.

The couple reportedly said “I do” in London before celebrating with their extended wedding festivities in Sicily, marking one of the most high-profile celebrity weddings of the year.

While their upcoming U.S. move reflects Turner’s filming commitments, reports suggest the couple still plan to maintain strong ties to the UK.

They are also said to be in discussions about making a “huge gift” to Palermo following local backlash over the estimated £1.5 million wedding celebration in Sicily.
