Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner were spotted together biking and walking through New York City on Wednesday — just one day before the actor was expected to attend the New York Knicks' championship victory parade. The couple kept things casual for their city outing, drawing attention from photographers as they made their way through the streets. Their appearance came in the wake of the Knicks' historic first NBA title in 53 years.
Low-key looks for a city stroll
Jenner, 28, dressed simply for the occasion, wearing black linen trousers and a black Perfect Classic Tank by GUIZIO. She completed the ensemble with black flat shoes and a black handheld bag with a bamboo handle. Chalamet, 30, went notably more relaxed, stepping out in basketball shorts, a grey T-shirt and a New York Yankees baseball cap.
Knicks superfan eyes the parade
The Wednesday outing came just ahead of the Knicks' victory parade on Thursday, 18 June, which Chalamet is expected to attend. The actor has established himself as one of New York's most recognisable celebrity supporters, sitting courtside alongside fellow famous fans including actor Ben Stiller, filmmaker Spike Lee and comedian Tracy Morgan throughout the years.
Jenner has increasingly featured in that world, joining Chalamet at several games during the Knicks' championship run. The pair attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals together on 10 June, both dressed in coordinated Chrome Hearts looks. Chalamet wore an oversized Chrome Hearts denim jacket featuring bright orange crosses, matching jeans and Timberlands, while Jenner wore straight-leg jeans adorned with Chrome Hearts crosses, a white tank top and a matching denim jacket she carried in her hand.
Jenner also accompanied Chalamet to the Knicks' playoff game against the Cleveland Cavaliers on 25 May.
'Way rather this than the Oscars'
Chalamet was present for the title-clinching moment without Jenner, travelling to San Antonio for Game 5 on 13 June, which ended with the Knicks defeating the Spurs 94–90. The result handed New York its first NBA championship since 1973. After the final whistle, the Marty Supreme actor made his way to the Knicks' locker room to celebrate with the team, with the moment captured in Instagram videos shared by ESPN.
"Way rather this than the Oscars," Chalamet said in a video obtained by ESPN's SportsCenter account on X.
