  • Security removed four Madison Square Garden workers for taking unauthorised photos.
  • Union contracts require arbitration, so the workers weren't immediately fired.
  • The venue faced a four-day lockdown before the wedding celebration.

Madison Square Garden security personnel escorted multiple venue workers off the premises after catching them taking unauthorised photographs during the highly guarded Taylor Swift wedding event. The disciplinary removals occurred on Thursday, just one day before the pop superstar and NFL player Travis Kelce officially tied the knot. The strict enforcement highlighted the massive security operation surrounding the multi-day celebrity marriage celebration in New York City.

Page Six reported that at least four workers were expelled from the sports arena during the pre-wedding setup. An industry insider confirmed that two backstage employees were explicitly escorted out on Thursday night for taking pictures.

A second source verified that a total of four venue individuals were shown the exit by security teams. A third source clarified that while the individuals were barred from the property, they were not immediately fired because their union contracts require formal arbitration before termination.

The union employees will face official sanctions, meaning they are permanently banned from working at Madison Square Garden but remain eligible for assignment at other properties within the parent conglomerate. The strict penalties followed a total lockdown of the venue, which remained heavily guarded for four consecutive days leading up to the final holiday reception on the 4th of July. The couple even banned the stadium's own daily workforce from entering the main arena to preserve total secrecy.

The tight security measures extended directly to the attendees. Reports previously revealed that the wedding couple required their 1,000 guests to sign strict non-disclosure agreements legally prohibiting them from sharing any text descriptions or digital images of the grand ceremony publicly.

The celebration began with a rehearsal event for 100 select guests on Thursday, followed by the official wedding ceremony on Friday. The high-profile festivities concluded on Saturday when a massive crowd of A-list colleagues, close friends, and family members attended the grand reception.
