Singer thanks fans, crew before resuming Eternal Sunshine Tour show
Ariana Grande brushed off an unexpected technical problem during the opening Brooklyn stop of her Eternal Sunshine Tour, calmly continuing her performance after her microphone briefly stopped working at Barclays Center.
Microphone cuts out during performance
As per People, the Grammy-winning singer was performing "Eternal Sunshine" when her microphone suddenly failed, prompting her to signal to members of her crew as they worked to restore the audio.
While the issue was being resolved, concertgoers continued singing along, helping carry the performance until the microphone was working again.
"Oh, it's back now!" Grande told the audience before apologising for the interruption and thanking fans for their patience.

Rather than focusing on the technical setback, Grande praised the production team for quickly resolving the issue.
"Thank you to our amazing team who's dealing with these technical difficulties," she said, before asking the crowd if they were ready to continue. The audience responded with loud cheers as the show resumed.
Crew members briefly joined Grande on stage to adjust her equipment before leaving, allowing the performance to continue without further interruptions.
Singer jokes before continuing show
As she prepared to perform "Just Like Magic", Grande lightened the mood by asking the audience, "Did you hear any of that?", drawing laughs from concertgoers.
The Brooklyn concert forms part of Grande's Eternal Sunshine Tour, her return to arena touring after several years focused on acting projects, including Wicked. The singer is also preparing to release her eighth studio album, Petal, on July 31, while she is next set to appear in Focker-in-Law, the latest film in the Meet the Parents franchise.
