Hailee Steinfeld loves dressing baby Harper in adorable outfits
The 'Sinner' star shared that watching daughter Harper grow has made motherhood even more exciting
Hailee Steinfeld is embracing every moment of motherhood, revealing that one of her favourite activities is dressing her four-month-old daughter, Harper Haize Allen, in adorable outfits.
The 29-year-old actress, who welcomed her first child with husband and NFL star Josh Allen in early April, shared the sweet update in her Beau Society Substack newsletter while reflecting on life as a new mum.
As Harper continues to grow, Steinfeld said she has been enjoying discovering children's fashion brands and picking out new clothes for her daughter.
"As Harper gets bigger, I'm having so much fun putting her in little outfits," she wrote, highlighting favourites including Baby Gap, Maisonette, Janie and Jack, and Hill House.
The actress also admitted shopping for Harper inspired her to refresh her own summer wardrobe, revealing she found a new favourite swimsuit while browsing the same brand.
Beyond fashion, Steinfeld said becoming a mother has made her more sentimental, particularly when it comes to artwork celebrating the bond between parents and children.
She recently recalled being deeply moved by a framed print of a foal alongside its mother, describing the image as "so precious."
Earlier this summer, the Pitch Perfect star also shared her desire to be fully present during Harper's first months, acknowledging how quickly time passes with a newborn.
"This is the only summer that she will be a baby baby," Steinfeld wrote. "By next summer, she'll be running around."
The actress said her biggest goal is to cherish every moment with Harper, explaining that she now understands why parents often say children grow up in the blink of an eye.
Steinfeld and Allen welcomed Harper, their first child together, in April and have occasionally shared glimpses of family life while largely keeping their daughter out of the public spotlight.
