Tom Holland calls Zendaya the actress who 'raises the game'

Tom Holland has shared heartfelt praise for his wife Zendaya, describing her as the kind of actress who makes every production stronger and elevates everyone around her.

The actor, who has starred alongside Zendaya in films including Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odyssey, said working with his wife is a privilege because of her remarkable talent and dedication.

"The truth is that she raises the game," Holland told E! News.

"She's the type of actress where every scene is better when she's in it. She raises the stakes for everyone."

Holland also admired Zendaya's approach to acting, saying her performances are driven by honesty and thoughtful choices.

"She's truthful in every decision she makes as an actress. And any time that I get to share the screen with her, I'm very lucky," he added.

The couple, who tied the knot in an intimate private ceremony earlier this year after five years together, are reportedly planning a larger celebration with family and friends.

According to the Mail on Sunday's Talk of the Town column, Holland and Zendaya are preparing to host an "epic" wedding party at Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire, where hundreds of guests are expected to attend.

"They were perusing the grounds recently, pointing out where they wanted the grand piano and other tents. It's going to be epic," a source claimed.

However, the planning reportedly encountered an unexpected obstacle after someone connected to the venue was bitten by a tick while walking through long grass on the estate.

The insider claimed the couple has since insisted guests avoid that section of the grounds to reduce the risk of tick bites.

Last month, Holland confirmed that he and Zendaya had married, putting months of speculation to rest.

Speaking to Esquire, the actor recalled that his grandmother briefly believed she had been left off the guest list after seeing AI-generated fake wedding photos online.

Asked whether other relatives had reacted the same way, Holland replied: "No, because they were all there."

Despite confirming the marriage, the actor declined to reveal further details, adding simply, "That's all you'll get on that."
