The 53-year-old reality television personality revealed that she believes she may have contracted ringworm in her throat following an encounter with a recent partner.
Glanville explained her theory to her podcast guest, noting that the person she was dating participated in a lot of wrestling, a sport where ringworm infections commonly spread through skin contact. After experiencing persistent symptoms in her throat, she chose to get tested for more common sexually transmitted diseases. While those medical results all came back negative, she began researching alternative possibilities online. Glanville openly acknowledged her habit of spiraling into internet research, admitting that she frequently falls down health rabbit holes and invents new medical scenarios daily.
