Ana de Armas praises Keanu Reeves

Ana de Armas has recently spoken highly of Keanu Reeves while sharing her thoughts on female-led action films.

While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter , Ana shared her experience working with Reeves in From the World of John Wick: Ballerina.

The 36-year-old actress reminisced, “Seeing Keanu walking on set when everyone was waiting and he just walked in with the John Wick suit on… It was the first time after John Wick 4 and it was a very iconic moment.”

The Blonde actress shared, “I will never forget that and then we shot that scene for three or four days and he was full on…”

“It was longer than I thought and the script just kept getting more and more intricate and complicated,” Ana continued.

The No Time to Die actress continued gushing over Reeves, saying, “And then we found those active moments in between and it became something really special and it was a good setup for that relationship.”

Ana also shared her insights on women in action cinema in another interview with Variety at the event, hoping for seeing more female-driven characters in the action world.

Ballerina, the spin-off of the John Wick franchise, is scheduled to hit theaters worldwide on June 6,2025.
