'Supernatural' star Carrie Anne Fleming passes away at 51

Canadian actress Carrie Anne Fleming, recognszed for her roles in series like “iZombie” and “Supernatural," as well as appearances in several films, passed away at the age of 51 on February 26, as noted in a article from Variety.

Jim Beaver, who worked alongside her on “Supernatural,” disclosed to the publication that Fleming succumbed to complications related to breast cancer in Sidney, British Columbia.

Fleming’s first significant acting opportunity was a recurring role in “Viper” and an uncredited part in the Adam Sandler film “Happy Gilmore.”

Jim Beaver, her colleague from “Supernatural,” confirmed that Fleming died due to breast cancer complications. Fleming is captured in a scene from the movie “Good Luck Chuck.”

This marked the start of her three-decade career in front of the camera.

In 2005, she embarked on numerous roles in horror, beginning with a part in “Masters of Horror.”

She later joined The CW’s horror-drama “Supernatural” portraying Karen Singer, the spouse of Bobby Singer, played by Beaver, appearing through all five seasons of the show.

Another notable role on the CW came in 2015 when she played Candy Baker in the supernatural comedy-drama “iZombie.”

Her other television appearances include roles in “Supergirl,” “UnREAL,” “Motive,” “Continuum,” “Package Deal,” “Alice,” “Knights of Bloodsteel,” “The 4400,” “The L Word,” and “Smallville.”

On the silver screen, besides “Happy Gilmore,” she featured in “Good Luck Chuck” and “Married Life.”

Fleming also starred in the TV movie “The Unauthorised Full House Story,” portraying the mother of Candace Cameron Bure, who played DJ Tanner in “Full House.”

According to several reports, Fleming leaves behind her daughter, Madalyn Rose.
