Inside 'Euphoria’s' violent wedding episode: Days of filming and intense stunts

A shocking wedding sequence in Euphoria season 3 has left viewers stunned, and it turns out the chaotic scene took several days to bring to life.

The highly anticipated episode featuring the wedding of Nate Jacobs and Cassie Howard quickly spiraled into violence, with the ceremony descending into a bloody, high-intensity brawl.

What was expected to be a pivotal romantic moment instead unfolded into one of the show’s most brutal sequences yet.

Actor Jack Topalian, who plays Naz in the series, told Page Six that the physically demanding scene was filmed over the course of "a few days," highlighting the scale and complexity of the production.

Topalian also praised co-star Jacob Elordi for performing much of his own stunt work during the sequence, which involved intense physical action.

“There’s a lot of physicality involved,” Topalian said, noting that Elordi handled much of the struggling, fighting and falls himself.

Despite the grueling nature of the shoot, the atmosphere on set remained surprisingly light between takes.

Topalian shared that Elordi would quickly return to a relaxed and playful demeanor once filming paused, even after filming demanding scenes.

The episode, which juxtaposes emotional tension with graphic action, has become a standout moment in the latest season of the HBO drama, known for pushing boundaries with its storytelling.

Euphoria is currently streaming on HBO Max.
