Madonna teams up with Sabrina Carpenter ahead of Confessions II release
The collaboration arrives ahead of Madonna’s upcoming album Confessions II
Pop icon Madonna has released a new single titled Bring Your Love, featuring Sabrina Carpenter, marking a high-profile collaboration ahead of her upcoming album Confessions II.
The track, released on May 1, is part of Madonna’s forthcoming project, which serves as a sequel to her acclaimed 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor.
The release has already sparked significant online attention, fueled by the pairing of two generations of pop stars.
In a social media post, Carpenter thanked Madonna for the opportunity, encouraging fans to disconnect from their phones and enjoy the music.
“Bring Your Love is out now,” she wrote, adding that she hopes listeners “take a break from phone and go out and dance.”
Madonna also promoted the single on Instagram, teasing the collaboration with the message, “We’ve got something to say about it.”
The release follows a surprise joint appearance at the Coachella music festival, where Carpenter invited Madonna on stage during her set.
The performance included a mix of Carpenter’s track Juno alongside Madonna classics such as Vogue and Like a Prayer, creating a viral moment that blended nostalgia with contemporary pop culture.
During the set, Madonna reflected on her earlier Coachella performance two decades ago, calling her return a “full circle moment” and describing the experience as deeply meaningful.
Following the performance, Carpenter publicly expressed gratitude for what she called a “dream” collaboration, highlighting the significance of sharing the stage with a global music icon.
The collaboration builds anticipation for Confessions II, which is scheduled for release on July 3, and is expected to revisit the dance-driven sound that defined Madonna’s mid-2000s era.
