The duo then went on a secret vacation, enjoying a luxurious three-night stay at the Lily of the Valley hotel in St Tropez, France.

Olivia shared parts of her big day on Instagram, expressing joy over her boys' efforts, who surprised her with extravagant gifts from Hermes and Cartier.

Over a picture of her new silver Hermes clutch, Olivia commented: “I can’t,” paired with several crying emojis.

Olivia shared another snapshot featuring a bag from Cartier and wrote: “Screaming in excitement.”

The Loose women panelist then posted a mysterious photo of a champagne bottle and an envelope, which read: "Love you! Savano."

This revelation follows just days after she had the enigmatic name inked on her arm.

Olivia previously mentioned the name “Savano” as “my baby," sparking speculation among fans that she might be talking about former TOWIE star Pete, 37.

During their romantic escape, a source revealed to The Sun that the couple is "enjoying dating and their moments together."

“The resort was very private, allowing them to unwind completely without any stress.”
