Kim Kardashian reveals she takes 35 supplements a day

Kim Kardashian opened up about her highly regimented wellness routine—one that includes dozens of daily supplements and advanced body scans used across her family.

During an appearance on Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast on Tuesday, May 19, the SKIMS founder, 45, revealed she takes around 35 supplements every day, though she admitted the routine can sometimes feel overwhelming.

“I take probably 35 supplements a day,” Kardashian said, explaining that she spaces them out across three separate times in the day.

Despite her consistency, she confessed she occasionally struggles to keep up, especially with fish oil.

“I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have pill fatigue,’” she said. However, Kardashian added that after stopping it briefly, her bloodwork made the impact clear—prompting her to restart the supplement.

“I wish there was like an IV drip I could do every day,” she joked, saying she’d gladly take it “on my way to work.”

Kardashian also spoke about her family’s proactive approach to health monitoring, revealing that she, her mother Kris Jenner, and her sisters regularly undergo DEXA scans to track bone density.

“I actually know a portable DEXA scan person that comes in a van,” she said, describing how the family schedules scans together in their gated community. “It tells you all about your bone density.”

Beyond supplements and scans, Kardashian has increasingly emphasized preventive health care. She previously revealed on The Kardashians that a Prenuvo scan detected a brain aneurysm—an experience she has since described as a wake-up call about the importance of routine medical screening.

Prenuvo is known for offering full-body MRI scans used for early detection of potential health issues.

At the time, she said the diagnosis reinforced her belief that “health is wealth,” urging others to stay proactive and consistent with check-ups.
