Khloé Kardashian opens up about preferring home life over social events
The reality star admitted a recent night out confirmed she prefers staying home
Khloé Kardashian is embracing a quieter lifestyle, saying she has no regrets about becoming more of a homebody after years in the public spotlight.
The 41-year-old reality star, who shares daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 3, with former partner Tristan Thompson, recently spoke about her shift in priorities during an episode of her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land.
Reflecting on a rare night out, Kardashian said she still enjoyed the experience but ultimately felt it reinforced her preference for staying home.
“I had so much fun. We went to dinner first, and the dinner was actually so much fun,” she said, describing an evening that included a birthday party at a private venue.
However, she added that the night out made her realise she was not missing much by avoiding frequent social outings.
“You think you miss so much by not going to these things… and then you go out, you’re like, I’m not missing a thing,” she explained.
Kardashian said that while she enjoyed spending time with friends, much of the evening involved simply sitting and talking in a booth, which further solidified her preference for a more low-key lifestyle.
“We had so much fun, but doing what? Like I was sitting in a booth talking the whole time,” she added.
The Kardashians star also reflected on how her social habits have changed since her younger years, noting that she now values comfort and stability at home over frequent partying.
In the same podcast episode, Kardashian also revisited a disturbing past experience at Coachella, where she claimed she was unknowingly exposed to drugs during an event around 2016.
She said she initially did not understand what was happening at the time and later realised she had been affected after feeling disoriented and frightened during the night.
“I got drugged without me knowing… I remember drinking this drink and just feeling really crazy,” she recalled, adding that the experience left her scared and confused.
