Cardi B reveals how her kids are influencing her closet and her boundaries

Cardi B is offering a candid look into how motherhood fits alongside her bold, high-fashion identity, saying that parenting has not changed her signature style or confidence.

The 33-year-old rapper, who shares four children with estranged husband Offset, spoke about balancing her family life with her career and public persona during a recent interview with E! News.

Cardi B said that despite her evolving responsibilities as a mother, her personality and fashion sense remain unchanged.

“Motherhood has not changed my style honey. They haven’t changed me for s---,” she said.

However, she noted that while her style remains expressive and bold, she adjusts her wardrobe depending on situations involving her children, particularly school-related settings.

“Well, I will say though, I’m not going to like go to school with a see-through shirt,” she explained, adding that certain outfits are simply not appropriate for parenting moments.

The Am I the Drama? artist also shared insight into her home life, particularly how her children are developing their own personalities and interests.

She said her eldest daughter, Kulture Kiari, has developed a strong interest in fashion and often explores her closet, joking that she is “about sick” of her daughter going through her clothes.

Cardi B added that Kulture already understands boundaries after previously damaging one of her designer handbags.

Despite that, she described her daughter as having a “very vibrant” sense of style, with a love for bright colors, patterns, and playful designs.

“When it comes to my son, I like to dress them like if I was a boy,” she said, noting that she prefers her youngest child to remain in baby clothing for as long as possible.

“I like when babies look like babies,” she added, explaining that she favors simple onesies and comfortable outfits for her newborn.

Cardi B’s comments highlight how she continues to blend motherhood with her larger-than-life fashion identity, while also embracing the everyday realities of raising four children.
