DJ Afrojack has revealed he is fortunate to be alive after a terrifying accident in which a metal blade pierced his car windscreen, stopping just inches from his face. The 38-year-old Dutch DJ, whose real name is Nick Leonardus van de Wall, shared footage of the cracked glass with the sharp object lodged inside.

The Grammy-winning artist compared the incident to the film Final Destination, writing over the clip: “POV: Final Destination but it’s not a movie.” He captioned the post: “We got lucky, will post full update later,” alongside distressed emojis.
