Bunnie XO explains why she removed $100K divorce podcast after Jelly Roll split

Bunnie XO has revealed that she earned $100,000 from the podcast episode in which she discussed her divorce from Jelly Roll, but ultimately decided to remove it because she no longer wanted one of the most painful moments of her life to remain in the spotlight.

Fans recently noticed that the full-length YouTube version of the Dumb Blonde podcast episode, where Bunnie reflected on the end of her marriage to the country star, had been deleted.

Addressing the decision on a recent episode of her podcast, Bunnie said removing the video was about protecting her healing rather than preserving its popularity.

“I took it down because I realised I just don’t want one of the hardest moments of my life to become a permanent headline,” she explained. “I don’t want to live in that.”

While stressing that she remains committed to being honest with her audience, Bunnie said she also believes people deserve the opportunity to move on.

“I believe in being transparent with you guys and that’s never, ever, ever going to change, but I also believe that people deserve the space to heal, to evolve and to move forward,” she said.

Reflecting on the now-deleted episode, she admitted it accurately captured her emotions at the time but no longer represents where she is today.

“That episode served a purpose for me at that time and it was real. It was honest and it came from exactly where I was emotionally in that moment. But I’m not in that same place anymore.”

Bunnie also acknowledged that there are many details about the breakup she has chosen to keep private.

“There is so much behind the scenes that I have not spoken on and that I will never speak on because it doesn’t matter,” she said. “I will only tell you guys my part in the demise of my marriage.”

Her comments come after she sparked headlines when she was seen sharing a kiss with reality star Dylan Wolf during Fourth of July celebrations at Jelly Roll’s Goodnight Nashville bar.

However, Bunnie insisted the moment has been taken out of context and said the public does not realise how long she and Jelly Roll had already been dealing with problems in their marriage before announcing their split.

“When people see me out having fun and just living my best life, I can see where they would be like, ‘Wow, they just announced the divorce,’” she said.

“But really you guys have to understand, I have been sitting in purgatory for two and a half months in my studio house.”

She also made it clear that she is not currently looking for a new relationship.

“I'm not dating anybody. I do not want to be with anybody,” Bunnie said, adding that while she has no regrets about the kiss, her focus remains on herself rather than finding a new partner.

The podcast host concluded that, despite the attention surrounding her personal life, she is prioritizing healing and moving forward instead of allowing one difficult chapter to define her future.
