Royal fan interest grows as Meghan Markle uploads holiday pictures from getaway at Althorp estate
Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle shared a new photo carousel on Instagram on Thursday to mark the holiday season following her recent return from the UK. The mother-of-two enjoyed time off by the beach alongside her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The update was published directly to Markle's official Instagram account. The uploaded thread featured a series of personal snapshots taken during a family getaway in Althorp, the home of the late Princess Diana. Among the collection, the first picture was a monochrome image showing Markle and Prince Harry sitting at a dinner table while laughing together. Another photo captured Prince Harry playing with Princess Lilibet in a pool, flipping her as they spent time in the water. A separate close-up monochrome image showed Markle cuddling with her dog.
Prince Harry left the Royal Family in 2020 alongside Markle and their son, Prince Archie. The couple subsequently accused the Royal Family of displaying racism towards their son and publicly aired their grievances during a television interview. Harry and Markle now reside in California, where they later welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
