Beyoncé teases futuristic poster of upcoming movie 'Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé'

Beyoncé has sent waves of excitement after unveiling the stunning futuristic poster of her upcoming, much-awaited concert film, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the Queen Bey treated her 318 million followers with an exclusive first glimpse of the poster of her upcoming concert film and left her fans gushing over it.

The Halo hitmaker, 42, dropped jaws in a futuristic image, in which she was seen donning a robotic outfit with a dark blue themed background.

Beyoncé shared the picture with the caption, “RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ, in theaters worldwide 12.01.”

The Cuff It singer officially announced the Renaissance World Tour concert film - featuring the filmed version of the globally acclaimed and blockbuster successful tour.

Beyoncé shared the trailer, revealing that the upcoming concert film will be part making-of the documentary as well.

The trailer showcased a mix of performances and behind-the-scenes footage of Beyoncé with her family, including Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy.

A voiceover from the singer was heard, stating, "When I am performing, I am nothing but free.

"The goal for this tour was to create a place where everyone is free, and no-one is judged. Start over, start fresh. Create the new. That's what the Renaissance is about."

Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé will be released in cinemas on December 1 this year in the United States, Canada and Mexico. UK and worldwide release dates are to be confirmed soon.
