Twinkle Khanna lives her ‘Student of the Year’ moment after major academic achievement

Bollywood personality Twinkle Khanna has proved that age is just a number!

The actor-turned-author, Twinkle shared an important academic achievement on her Instagram account on Saturday and left fans gushing over her.

Twinkle, who recently completed her Master’s degree in fiction writing at Goldsmiths, University of London, proudly announced that her final dissertation has earned a spot on the long list for the prestigious Pat Kavanagh Prize at her university.

The Mrs. Funnybones author,48, used her witty humor as she reminded everyone that age is no obstacle in achieving your goals and took a hilarious jab at her filmmaker friend Karan Johar in her post.

“A big moment, and at first, I was hesitant about sharing it. But it goes to show that age is truly just a number and doesn’t hinder you from achieving your goals,” Twinkle wrote.

“I received an exceptional distinction for my final dissertation, which has now also been longlisted for the Pat Kavanagh Prize by Goldsmiths, University of London. May I add that perhaps my old friend cast the wrong people in Student of the Year,” she jokingly made a remark on Karan Johar for wrong casting choices in his 2012 film Student of the Year.

Twinkle’s post garnered thousands of likes in no time. Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor commented, “Aww.. looking great Tina.. and congratulations.” Farah Khan Ali said, “That’s amazing Tina.. So so well deserved.”

Twinkle, who is married to Bollywood superstar, Akshay Kumar, also shared a picture of the letter which mentions that her portfolio has been long-listed for the Pat Kavanagh Prize.

Previously, Akshay shared her post and expressed how proud he is of his wife. “Mastered it and how! So, so proud of you Tina Now the most important question, when are you coming back home.”
