Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet finalize divorce with MSA
Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet officially divorced with Marital Settlement Agreement

Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet's divorce was officially approved a mere day after initiating the process on January 9, 2024.
According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE from the Superior Court of California on Tuesday, the dissolution of the couple's marriage has been confirmed.
Bonet,56, had filed for divorce on Monday, indicating that the Fast X star and the Angel Heat actress had seemingly reached an agreement on the terms before the formal filing.

The Marital Settlement Agreement, or MSA, said, “they each are fully satisfied with regard to the disclosures provided” and “they are sufficiently knowledgeable about the terms of the MSA, the value of the assets divided between them and the incomes of each of them.”
The couple, married since October 7, 2017, has two children together: 16-year-old daughter Lola and 15-year-old son Nakoa-Wolf.
In addition to their shared parental responsibilities, according to Momoa and Bonet’s MSA, both parents have been granted joint legal custody of the minors.
This means they will equally share responsibility for their children’s health, education, and overall well-being.
It is worth noting here that Bonet is also a mother to actress Zoë Kravitz from her previous marriage to Lenny Kravitz.
Currently, there is no established arrangement for child support.
In an agreement, it is stated that the former couple also “shall share the living expenses” of their two children.
If either parent chooses to travel with the kids “that party shall be responsible for the Children’s expenses for such trips.”
Additionally, Momoa and Bonet have mutually waived the option to seek spousal support from each other.
“Such waiver of support is permanent and final and no court anywhere ever shall have the power or jurisdiction to award spousal support in favour of either party,” their MSA states.
While their marriage has concluded officially, the legal status of being single won't be finalized until July 9.
In Bonet's recent divorce filing, submitted yesterday, she attributed the separation to irreconcilable differences, noting October 7, 2020, as the date of their parting.
