Amy Robach seemingly regrets having her TV career ruined after having an affair with former GMA3 co-host T.J. Holmes.

During the latest episode of the Amy & T.J. podcast, Robach tearfully admitted that she feels "under pressure" not for staying with Holmes but for the career which was taken from both the anchors.

"We've always worked together, but working with this kind of pressure over our heads is a whole other thing … that pressure is a lot," said the 50-year-old former TV presenter.

She went on to clarify with tears in her eyes, "I don't feel the pressure from the public to stay with you...but I feel the pressure of our careers that I believe were unfairly taken from us."

Robach in an emotional state went on to admit that she has “chosen” to love Holmes, despite the huge backlash and major career setbacks.

“I know that I know you well enough and I've spent enough time with you and I knew how I felt," she said to her 46-year-old partner.

She continued, "love sometimes is a choice, when it's hard, it's not just a feeling. Lust is a feeling, but love is a choice I believe, and I have chosen to love you."

In the same episode, Robach also expressed the desire to reunite on screen with  her Good Morning America co-host.

“I really want to be able to do what I love, and I want to be able to do it with you and that's more the pressure I feel,” she said.

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes affair and career setback:

Robach and T.J. podcast was launched on December 5, 2023, one year after they were fired from ABC News show GMA season 3, for using live program for unnecessary attention by disclosing their affair.

On the launch of their podcast last year, Robach noted, "December 5th last year, exactly one year ago today, was the day we were told not to come into work."

She added, "We never got a follow-up call to say come back," with Holmes laughing by her side.

"That’s true. It was the opposite,” Holmes said, describing them as "the folks who lost the jobs we love because we love each other."
