As reported by PEOPLE, the musician who holds a command over more than seven different instruments, aided Chapman with his skills on the fiddle to Chapman during her very first Lilith Fair tour back in the late 90’s.

Larry Campbell’s 24-year-long break came to an end by the grace of Tracy Chapman, who simply picked up the phone to approach him for the Grammys gig.
“She called me a month or so ago, around Christmas, and said that this was a possibility and would I make myself available. I said, ‘Hell yeah.’ And man, I'm so glad I did it,” the musician revealed.
With only a handful of performances over the last decade, the American singer and songwriter, Chapman joined Luke Combs at the 2024 Annual Grammy Awards to perform her hit track, Fast Car.
