King Charles Easter service attendance signals return to public duties amid cancer battle
Buckingham Palace announced last week that King Charles plans to attend the service
King Charles made his first major public appearance since his cancer diagnosis by attending an Easter service at the chapel in Windsor Castle alongside Queen Camilla.
The Britsh monarch, who halted his royal duties after his cancer diagnosis attended the Easter Mattins Service at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Buckingham Palace announced last week that King Charles plans to attend the service despite undergoing cancer treatment.
King Charles' attendance was confirmed after doctors advised him to reduce his interactions with individuals as he undergoes cancer treatment.
The palace disclosed the diagnosis on February 5th.

On the annual Maundy Thursday service, the king did not make his attendance at the service but issued an audio message that aired at the event, in which he expressed his sorrow at not being there and wished the public a happy Easter.
However, on Easter Sunday, Pince William, and Kate Middleton missed the attendance at St. George’s Chapel.
Prince and Princess of Wales along with their kids Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5 did not attend service due to Princess Kate's recent cancer diagnosis.
