Rachel Zegler recently made shocking U-turn on her old Snow White remarks, despite her past criticisms.

For the unversed, the 23-year-old initially faced backlash for branding the original 1937 movie “weird” and “sexist” back in 2022.

However, the Scream actress, who recently appeared on Thursday's episode of Good Morning America to promote her upcoming film, Snow White, visibly changed her tune.

The actress, who plays the titular character in Disney's new movie, claimed to be a “huge Disney fan” as she said, “I think every young person dreams about a phone call like that.”

While talking about her Disney character, Zegler said, “To get to bring her to life in such a unique way and such a special way, it's just a beautiful opportunity, and I'm very honored.”

Her remarks come Disney’s “scaled-back” press tour for the movie that fueled rumours of a feud between Zeglar and co-star Gal Gadot, who plays the Evil Queen in new Snow White.

For the unversed, Snow White, Disney’s $240million reboot, will be released on March 21, 2025.
