Lorde breaks silence on not working with Jack Antonoff on new album
Lorde's upcoming album 'Virgin' is set to release on June 27

Lorde recently revealed the reason on why she chose not to work with Jack Antonoff on her latest album, Virgin.
While giving an interview to Rolling Stone on Thursday, May 15, the 28-year-old singer shared why she didn't collaborate with the music producer this time.
For the unversed, Lorde and Antonoff have previously worked on several songs, including Melodrama's Green Light, Liability, Supercut, Perfect Places, and The Louvre.
In addition, the musicians also teamed up to work on Solar Power, Leader of a New Regime, and Secrets of a Girl from the album, Solar Power.
The American singer called the 41-year-old songwriter a "positive, supportive collaborator".
She admitted that she listens to her intuitions very closely that's why she didn't feel like featuring Antonoff on her album.
She said, "I’m very vibes-based. I just have to trust when my intuition says to keep moving."
It is worth mentioning that they were both recognized by the Recording Academy in 2018.
To note, Lorde's upcoming album, Virgin is scheduled to release on June 27.
