Princess Kate stuns with elegant new royal accessory debut

Adding to the evening’s magnificence, Kate Middleton’s striking return to state banquets was marked a regal new accessory added to her elegant ensemble.

On July 8, the 43-year-old Princess of Wales was among the royals present at Windsor Castle, joining husband Prince Willam, King Charles and Queen Camilla along with other royals for a state banquet welcoming French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, during their official visit to the U.K.

Her presence at the banquet marked the future Queen’s first since 2023, after stepping back from similar events last year while focusing on her health and undergoing cancer treatment away from the public eye.

Princess Kate not only donned her first Tiara in over a year but also proudly debuted the Royal Family Order of King Charles III.

She wore the badge, featuring a small portrait of the 76-year-old King on a ribbon on her sash, carefully placed right above the late Queen Elizabeth’s Royal Family Order.

At Japan’s State visit in June 2024, Queen Camilla became the first to wear the King's Royal Family Order, which she brought it out again for the France state banquet.
