Meghan Markle’s secret romance before Prince Harry unveiled

Meghan Markle has shaped her journey through serious relationships before she was a Duchess. But, her life transformed with the newfound love Prince Harry.

From her long-term marriage to a film producer Trevor Engelson to her later partnership with Canadian chef Cory Vitiello, Markle’s love life is a matter of public record.

According to the sources, Meghan began dating ex husband in 2004, got married in Jamaica in September 2011, and subsequently divorced by August 2013 claiming irreconcilable differences.

Insiders suggest that the long-distance divorce during Meghan’s Suits filming in Toronto was a blindsiding emotional drain for Engelson.

Meghan had no decency to face him and tell him the marriage was over, and in a dramatic gesture, sent her engagement and wedding rings through registered mail.

Describing her intuition and reaction to the abrupt end of Markle’s marriage, her ex-best friend Ninaki Priddy stated that she felt as if Trevor was a victim of a cruel twist of fate and a sudden betrayal.

Following her divorce, Meghan entered into a live-in relationship with celebrity chef Cory Vitiello, which lasted from around 2014 to May 2016. Meghan even talked about Cory on her blog, The Tig.

However, Meghan met Prince Harry in 2016, through a mutual friend. A few months into her relationship with Cory, Meghan began to date Harry. In Bower’s biography, he claims that Meghan and Harry were in touch prior to their meeting, and that the trip to Toronto was meant to finalize things.

While Meghan was dating Cory, Harry was actively texting her. A handful of publications have agreed on the fact that Cory was hit with so much texting from Harry that it was impossible to ignore.

The timeline of their relationships is a bit complicated. What is intriguing is that both Meghan and Harry seem to have been in relationships that began and ended in a fixed timeline, which did not seem to last for either of them.
