Meghan Markle’s ‘supportive’ part in reuniting Prince Harry, King Charles
Royal expert claims that Meghan may be a key player in resolving Harry’s royal conflict

Meghan Markle has been hailed as the major reason Prince Harry could reunite with King Charles, according to one royal expert.
Former royal correspondent for the BBC, Jennie Bond explained why she thinks the Duchess of Sussex is the key to repairing the prolonged royal rift between her husband and father-in-law.
“It’s important to remember that the King and Meghan had a warm and affectionate relationship at the start,” she told The Mirror.
She further cited Harry’s claims about his wife’s initial relationship with the King, as he detailed in his memoir Spare, “how jovial” his father would become when he and Meghan used to visit him together.
“And they were both touched by his fatherly gesture of walking her down part of the aisle at their wedding,” the expert continued.
Adding that “Meghan loves Harry” and would always wish for him to be happy, the ex-BBC staffer also explained, “And if a reconciliation with his father, which he has said he wants, will make him happy, then I think Meghan would be supportive.”
It was also noted that the reigning monarch may also be looking forward to meeting the children of his youngest son, who have been living in the US ever since their parents stepped away from the royal family.
“There’s no doubt that the King would be delighted to have the chance to know Archie and Lilibet. He has already missed so much of their young lives, and children grow up so quickly,” stated Jennie Bond.
Recently, speculations about a potential royal reunion between Prince Harry and the estranged royal family have been rife since his and Meghan Markle’s team held unprecedented peace talks with King Charles’ aides in London last week.
