Looks like the kiss-cam fiasco at Coldplay concert isn't ending soon as it could drag its front-man Chris Martin in a legal trouble.

Those who are unaware, Andy Byron, a married former Astronomer CEO was caught cuddling up in a kiss-cam to his already married co-worker, HR director Kristin Cabot at the concert in Boston.

The moment, they got caught on kiss cam moment, the duo reacted instantly and hid from the cameras.

Their sketchy reaction did get noticed by the Hymn for the Weekend hitmaker who jokingly said, “Oh, what? Either they're having an affair or they're very shy.”

Now, according to Radar Online, Byron could take legal action against the Coldplay frontman for exposing his alleged affair with his colleague Cabot, however, certain conditions are barring him to do so.

His attorney Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder exclusively told the publication, “If the allegations surrounding this scandal are false and have been widely circulated in a way that injures Andy Byron’s reputation, he may have viable claims for defamation, particularly if there is evidence that Chris Martin, or anyone in his circle, knowingly spread false information or acted with reckless disregard for the truth.”

“But defamation isn’t the only potential legal avenue,” Rozin-Golinder went to say, noting that her client could claim “tortious interference with prospective economic advantage” if the scandal costs the former CEO in any form.

Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder concluded her statement saying unless Andy Byron can prove that either someone, Chris Martin or his team, intentionally orchestrated a setup, directed cameras to him with the intent to shame, or spread false narratives, any defamation claim would likely fall flat.
