Logan Lerman hilariously admits fans confuse him with Dylan O'Brien

Whether it was his breakout role as Percy Jackson or the heartfelt Charlie in Perks of Being a Wallflower, Logan Lerman has held the title 'internet’s boyfriend' for over a decade and it seems like with his upcoming film Oh, Hi!, he won’t be giving up the crown anytime soon.

However, despite being one of internet’s favourite heartthrobs, recently the 33-year-old star came forward and surprised his dedicated fans as he detailed the awkward fan interactions he’s had, being mistaken for other actors. 

During his candid conversation with Bustle, the Fury actor was playfully asked whether there is a group chat for all the fellow brown haired famous "internet boyfriends" of his age, referring to his own joke from The Tonight Show.

"There are five people where we’re all interchangeable in people’s eyes," he stated.

"Dylan O’Brien, who’s one of my good, good friends, and I get it all the time. I get, 'You’re the 'Maze Runner', right?' I’m like, 'No, but thank you! I do love that guy. He’s a handsome dude,'" he quipped. 

Logan went on to humorously drop another major star’s name he often gets confused with by fans, revealing, "We get Dylan Minnette all the time, too."

He further went on to talk about their friendship sharing how the three of them are supportive of each other when asked about auditioning for the same roles.

"We don’t really talk about that stuff too much when we’re hanging out, but we’re really supportive of each other," Logan shared.
