Gwyneth Paltrow features in the latest campaign from Astronomer, the company whose former CEO was caught having an affair with his HR Chief at a Coldplay concert last week.

Following CEO Andy Byron’s resignation, the software house dropped footage which mocked the recent scandal surrounding them.

While the Oscar-winning actress, who also happens to be Coldplay frontman Chris Martin’s ex-wife, featured in the footage as a “temporary spokesperson”.

She pretended to answer questions which the company had received in the wake of the controversy.

However, the campaign cheekily diverted the scandal related queries to promote their own work with the Goop founder’s participation.

“Astronomer has gotten a lot of questions over the last few days, and they wanted me to answer the most common ones,” the Shakespeare in Love star began the video.

As the first question popped up on the screen and alluded to the concert scandal, the 52-year-old actress and entrepreneur quickly swooped in to answer it with the company’s actual goal.

“Yes! Astronomer is the best place to run Apache Airflow,” she answered to a question which read, “OMG what the actual f”.

Whereas the video shared to Astronomer’s official X (formerly Twitter) account was captioned, “Thank you for your interest in Astronomer.”

Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow’s campaign with the company comes after former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was seen getting cozy with his head of HR Kristin Cabot at last week’s Coldplay concert in Massachusetts, where the couple was put on the spot by the kiss cam.
