King Charles has shared a surprising longtime connection with Melania Trump, Donald Trump’s wife, according to a new report.

HELLO! has revealed that the King and the First Lady have been pen pals ever since their first meeting in 2005.

The magazine reported that the pair met during his majesty’s trip to America 20 years ago, where “they quickly struck up a friendship and kept in touch through regular letters.”

Moreover, the former model also mentioned her “ongoing correspondence” with the reigning monarch in her memoir.

She further addressed their uncanny relationship on a previous occasion, where she said, “We kept in touch through letters, exchanging thoughts and ideas regularly.”

In related news, Buckingham Palace had confirmed earlier that President Donald Trump and Melania Trump’s visit to the UK will take place in September 2025.

Notably, the upcoming stay will mark Trump’s second time visiting the country, as he was previously hosted by Queen Elizabeth during the first term of his presidency.

While King Charles is expected to host the pair at Windsor Castle for their three-day state visit.
