Nicola Coughlan is set to be the latest actress to lead the upcoming edition of the British anthology series, I Am.

Having previously been led by such stars as Kate Winslet, Lesley Manville, Letitia Wright, and more, the Bridgerton alum will join an esteemed list for the show’s season four.

The new season will be called I Am Helen, while the 38-year-old Irish actress will also be joined by Peaky Blinders actor Joe Cole.

In her statement addressing the announcement, Nicola said, “It’s an absolute honour to be part of telling the next ‘I Am…’ story alongside Dominic Savage — a singular talent and a storyteller deeply committed to exploring the breadth of the female experience.”

Following her acknowledgement of the show’s creator, she further added, “To follow in the footsteps of the brilliant women who’ve collaborated with him on this series feels truly surreal, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be embarking on this journey.”

Meanwhile, the TV star’s new announcement comes on the heels of another one of her considerable achievements.

It was earlier reported that Nicola Coughlan has raised over $400,000 for the initiative called Medical Aid for Palestinians.
