Back then, most of her money came from KKW Beauty and Skims as the media personality started her KKW Beauty brand in 2017 and Skims in 2019. 

Kim closed KKW Beauty in 2021 and four years later Kim makes most of her money from Skims.

Rihanna’s net worth is about $1.4 billion as per Forbes she became a billionaire mostly because of Fenty Beauty, the makeup line the Diamonds singer started with LVMH in 2017.

She also makes a lot of money from Savage x Fenty, her lingerie brand from 2018 about $270 million from her part of it. In 2022, ABC News said Rihanna was the youngest person to make a billion dollars on her own.

Jay-Z

Jay-Z is reportedly worth about $2.5 billion. The singer was the first hip-hop artist to become a billionaire in 2019, per Forbes.

Since then, he has more than n doubled his money mainly through his liquor business like Armand de Brignac Champagne and D’Usse cognac. 

The rapper also makes money from his music companies like Roc Nation and Tidal plus investments in things like Uber.

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez is not on the Forbes billionaires list but Bloomberg Index reported that the Calm Down hitmaker’s worth $1.3 billion in 2024. She made money from acting and music but most of her wealth about 81.45 percent comes from Rare Beauty, the makeup company Selena started in 2020. 

Moreover, the Only Murders in the Building actress is one of the youngest people in America to make a billion dollars on her own.

George Lucas

George Lucas, who created Star Wars and Indiana Jones, is worth about $5 billion as he made money from movies and selling stuff related to his movies through Lucasfilm, the company he started in 1971. 

As per Forbes, George sold Lucasfilm to Disney for $4.1 billion in cash and stock in 2012 and he was at the top of the publication’s list of celebrity billionaires in 2024.

Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey is worth about $3 billion as per Forbes her money from The Oprah Winfrey Show and movies made her company Harpo Productions added up about $2.5 billion.

In 2017, Oprah sold part of her TV network OWN to Discovery for $70 million. In 2020, She sold more of OWN to Discovery for about $36.5 million in Discovery stock.

Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner’s net worth is estimated to be around $1 billion as she made most of her money from Kylie Cosmetics, the makeup brand she started in 2015 as the fashion mogul has also been on the reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians and has done deals with big brands.
